All products returned must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentations included with the original shipment. In addition, please include a letter with the following information: Order Number ; Name ; E-mail Address ; Reason To Return. You'd better to send us a notification Email if you decide to return the items so that we can provide you our shipping address to receive the boots.
Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for SELLUGGBOOTS.COM. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department support@selluggboots.com immediately. If you do not notify SELLUGGBOOTS.COM of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
